全新SMC针型气缸,日本smc增压阀

SMC针型气缸工作原理根据工作所需力的大小来确定活塞杆上的推力和拉力。由此来选择气缸时应使气缸的输出力稍有余量。若缸径选小了，输出力不够，气缸不能正常工作；但缸径过大，不仅使设备笨重、成本高，同时耗气量增大，造成能源浪费。在夹具设计时，应尽量采用增力机构，以减少气缸的尺寸

SMC针形气缸特长缸径φ4-5st也可安装2个磁性开关。能连接φ2快换接头、速度控制阀。带磁性开关（CDJP2系列：CDJP2）SMC气缸是由缸筒、端盖、活塞、活塞杆和密封件组成

SMC气缸按安装方式分类：

基本安装型气缸：利用气缸缸体上的螺纹或通孔等进行安装

脚座型气缸：通过L型叫做进行安装

法兰型气缸：通过法兰进行安装，分杆侧法兰安装、无杆侧法兰安装

耳环型气缸：通过耳环进行安装，可以实现气缸的摆动，分为单耳环、双耳环和和一体耳。

SMC针型气缸右腔内的剩余气体被压缩，缓慢地通过节流阀及气孔排出，被压缩的气体所产生的压力能如果与活塞运动所具有的全部能量相平衡，即会取得缓冲效果，使活塞在行程末端运动平稳，不产生冲击。调节节流阀阀口开度的大小，即可控制排气量的多少，从而决定了被压缩容积（称缓冲室）内压力的大小，以调节缓冲效果。若令活塞反向运动时，从气孔输入压缩空气，可直接顶开单向阀，推动活塞向左运动。如节流阀阀口开度固定，不可调节，即称为不可针型气缸。
