特征:
主要机件由的数控加工中心制造。机架全部龙门铣加工。
机架用锰钢板整体加工组成,整体结构合理,可以承担500T压力。
加温系统采用导热油循环加温,温度均匀,该机配有底加温,能使产品达到更理想效果。
控制系统采用台达PLC控制,人机界面操作,自动化程度高,设有多种工作模式,来适应不同的工件加工。
覆膜时上下同时加温,提高了对胶水的活化温度,提高了工件边部的包边质量,同时减缓了硅胶板的冷却温度。
采用高温导热油内加温内循环,温度均匀程度大幅度提高,热效率高,加热管损坏后可更换,加热板适用寿命延长5-10年。
自动裁切刀:实现半自动裁切,裁切断面呈直线状态,节约了面膜,工时,节省材料,提高工作效率。

When the film is coated, the temperature of glue activation is increased, the quality of edge wrapping is improved, and the cooling temperature of silica gel sheet is slowed down.
Using high temperature heat conducting oil for internal heating cycle, the temperature uniformity is greatly improved, the thermal efficiency is high, the heating tube can be replaced after damage, and the service life of the heating plate can be extended by 5-10 years.
