一、工作原理及应用范围介绍 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
物料按配方要求,经计量、拌合、粉碎后,由皮带输送机输入料斗,再定量均匀的进入造粒机。物料在造粒机容器内被呈三角形设置具有弹性的碾压辊与均布刮料器的滚动碾压与不断地拌刮铺料作用下,物料被辊轮强力塞进模孔压制成圆柱状从模孔下方挤出,然后被设置于平模下面的两把割刀割成所需要的长度,落入接料甩盘上然后由甩料盘将颗粒送出主机从而完成造粒过程。主要适用于以下物料的制粒:
(1)适用于小批量、多品种生产如农用肥料、农药、化工、医药、建材等行业造粒。
(2)适用于年产5000-40000吨的中、小型复混肥料生产规模及农业化服务中心。还可以加工氯化铵、、硅钙镁等单质肥、泥炭、草炭、畜禽粪、有机无机复肥、稀土复肥、磁化复肥、生物复肥等。
(3)超能型挤压造粒机可加工农药颗粒剂、土壤调整剂、冶金增碳剂、燃气脱硫剂、化工催化剂等。
(4)造粒直径一般在2-8㎜,长度:3-6㎜。
The materials will be conveyed to the hopper through the belt conveyor after being measured, mixed and smashed according to the formula, and fed in thepelletizer uniformly with fixed quantity. The materials will be rolled, ground, mixed and distributed continuously by the flexible grinding rollers and uniform discharger set in triangle shape in the pelletizer container, fed in the die hole by roller to form into cylindrical product, extruded from the lower part of the die hole, cut into the required length by two cutters under the flat die, dropped in the collecting disc, and finally discharged out from the main machine by dump disc, thus to complete the pelleting. The equipment is mainly applicable to pelleting of following materials:
(1) Small batch and multiple-product production, such as agricultural fertilizer, pesticide, chemical, medicine and construction material industries.
(2) Medium and small-sized compound fertilizer production with annual output of 5,000-40,000t and agricultural service center; processing of compound fertilizer, potassium chloride, silicon calcium magnesium and other single elementfertilizer, peat, turf, animal manures, organo-inorganic fertilizer, rare earth compound fertilizer, magnetization compound fertilizer, and biological compound fertilizer.
(3) The super extruding pelletizercan be used for process of the pesticide granules, soil modifier, metallurgical recarburizer, gas desulfurizer and chemical catalyst.
(4) Pelleting diameter of 2-8mm and length of 3-6mm.
