　　电机控制器位于控制台电控组件与电机驱动器之间。电动车的行驶指令由驾驶人发出，控制台将它向下传递给电机控制器，电机控制器生成适当的最终控制指令给电机驱动器，从而驱动电机前进或后退。电机控制器的电机运动控制指令可以是一个0~5kΩ或0~100kΩ的可变电阻值，可以去适应不同型号的驱动器。此外，电机控制器还是脚踏式加速器及车后灯光控制器的主控器，它除了可以接收脚踏式加速器的输入，还要产生所有的位于车子后方的灯光控制，包括后大灯、刹车灯及转向灯。依据相关法规要求，当上述灯光中有出现故障的情形，它还能实现灯光的替换。
Scooter motor controller is a bridge between console and standard motor power drivers. It accepts motor driving instructions from console based on scooter driver’s inputs to generate final motor control command, which is a varying resistance ranging from 0 to 5 kilo ohms or from 0 to 100 kilo ohms and they will become the input commａnd for various types of motor power drivers to actually move the scooter. In addition, motor controller also function as host controller for foot throttle and speed sensor. Another major function is scooter rear light control. It will control the operations of rear lights, rear brake lights, and rear turning indicating lights. Automatic rear light substitution mechanism is implemented.
