一、产品优势.
结构稳定性能可靠
轴承座采用整体式铸钢结构,避免两片式轴承室给机架带来的不必要负担,提高整机结构的稳定性。此外重型偏心轴采用锻坯进行加工,使PEW 系列鄂式破碎机具有超凡的可靠性。
V 型结构齿形护板
" V “型破碎腔和齿形护板设计更加合理,保证实际入料尺寸和理论入料尺寸的一致性,有效增大破碎面积,物料在破碎腔内不会发生堵料,是得破碎率和产量大大高,提高鄂板的利用率。
液压控制清腔方便
配备液压油站,保证机器润滑系统为机器需润滑部件供油,为机器安全作业提供保障。同时,如果破碎机在负荷状态下停机,液压清腔系统可迅速清理破碎腔,大大减少了停机时间。
楔块装置调节快捷
采用楔块排料口调节系统,是机器即使在空转情况下也可以再几分钟之内把排料口挑到预定值,在液压系统配合下,实现自动化,比老式的垫片式排料口调节系统更简单、安全、快捷。
二、工作原理
电动机驱动皮带和皮带轮,通过偏心轴使动鄂前后上下摆动,当动鄂推动动鄂板向定鄂板运动时,物料被压碎或劈碎。当动鄂和动鄂板在偏心轴、弹簧的作用下后退时,先前已被压碎或劈碎的物料从鄂板的下部排料口排出。随着电动机连续转动而破碎机动鄂作周期性地压碎和排泄物料,实现批量生产。

work principle
