齿轮油泵向液压油缸提供动力,一组三角架将油缸的竖直运动转换为水平运动、最后带动-组楔形刮板在矩形池底作往复运动;往复运动的行程大于单根刮板的间距,相当于后-根刮板向前一根刮板传递污泥;刮板组前进的速度大约是后退速度的一半;前进时,楔形刮板的凹面在前、向池子的积泥沟推送积泥;后退时、很小的楔形锐角不会带动污泥向后运动、而快速后退的凹面产生的负压、会使-定厚度的污泥层保持向前运动的惯性。
因此当刮板作往复运动时、池底有一-层污泥始终在向前运动,直至跌入集泥沟。当池底积泥达到某- -厚度时、刮泥机的高。刮板的往复移动同时具有浓缩污泥的作用(可达3%),这种特性在实际应用中突显重要。当排污量相等时、污泥的浓度越高、其耗水率越低,这样也就减少了水源与能源的损耗。

A gear oil pump provides driving force for a hydraulic oil cylinder. A set of triangular supports turns the vertical movements of the oil cylinder into horizontal movements and finally drives a set of wedge- -shaped scraping plates to reciprocate at the bottom of a rectangular tank. The travel of reciprocating movements is larger than the distance between scraping plates. In other words, the back scraping plate passes mud to the front scraping plate. The speed of advancing scraping plates is about half of that of backing scraping plates. When scrapping plates advance, the concave surface of the wedge- -shaped scraping plates is in the front and pushes mud towards a mud channel. When scrapping plates move backwards, the very small wedge - shape sharp corners won't carry sludge to move backwards and the negative pressure produced by rapid backward movements of the concave surface will keep the inertia of forward movements of sludge layers with a certain thickness.
Therefore, when scraping plates reciprocate, a layer of sludge at the tank bottom always moves forward until it falls into the mud trough.When mud at the tank bottom reaches a certain thickness, the efficiency of the mud scraper is highest. The reciprocation of scraping plates also has the function of sludge concentration (3%). This characteristic is very prominent in practical application. When the amount of mud discharge is the same, the higher the concentration of sludge is, the lower the water consumption rate is so the loss of water and energy is also reduced.
