此款搅拌器是双层组合式搅拌器，它主要用于罐体中，配合驱动装置（减速电机）、支撑部件（底支撑，机架等）和连接件（联轴器）一起组成完整的搅拌机使用，搅拌器由2层不同形式的搅拌叶片组成。

层是平直叶圆盘涡轮式搅拌器,是可拆式的，它可造成径向液流，通常可用于需要高剪切力和高功率的常规混合。也可用于传热，快速的化学反应等场合。安装在底部,当液位排放口在桨叶以下时，也可帮助固体悬浮。

第二层是三叶旋桨式搅拌器，也是可拆式的，主要能造成轴向液流，产生大的循环量，它的桨叶是一种近似等螺距曲面，排出性能好，剪切力低，可在过渡流及湍流操作中得到较高的流动场，适用于低粘度液体的混合、溶解、固体悬浮、传热、反应、结晶等。

因此此款搅拌器结合了2层桨叶的优点，能更好的发挥搅拌和混合效果。

This agitator is a combination type which includes two kinds of impellers, it normally work together with driving device(motor,reducer)、bottom support device and connecting accessories in a stirring tank.

The first layer impeller is vertical flat blade turbine type which is also removable , it generate radial flow and suitable for general mixing where high shear and high power are necessary. Heat transfer, fast chemical reactions, power hungry processes. Suitable for low off-bottom placement as a tickler turbine for assisting solid suspension when liquid level drains below primary hydrofoil.

The second layer impeller is Three-blade propeller type which is also removable,it mainly generate axial flow and large amount of circulation,also can generate higher flow fields in transitional and turbulent operations,suitable for Low viscosity liquid of mixing, dissolving, solid suspension, heat transfer, reaction, crystallization.

Therefore, this blender combines the advantages of two-layer impellers, which can have a better stirring and mixing effects.
