 GY-XY3系列数控管子相贯线切割机是一种对钢管端部结合处作自动计算和切断的设备。该机器能广泛应用于造船、建筑、石化、机械、冶金等行业的管道结构件的切割加工。这些行业中有大量的管道结合相贯线孔、相贯线端头,还有俗称“虾米节”的弯头,此类加工大多采用制作样板、划线、人工放样、手工切割、人工打磨等落后又繁复的方法来进行。而我厂制造的GY-XY系列数控管道切割机能十分方便地切割此类工件,并且操作工人不须编程、只需输入相互配合的管子的半径、相交角度等参数,机器就能自动切割出管子的相贯线、相贯孔、以及焊接坡口,不再需要人工打磨。

该设备的工作流程:

1)、编程

可直接于机器上或离线编辑器编程。采用菜单式选择输入切割参数,如外径,壁厚,偏离,补偿数据等。同时可通过其他专业软件作无逢连接。

2)、管子下料

操作员从网络上或机器上启动程序,管子用吊装工具放置在管座上。

3)、测量水平

操作员根据管子外径偏差用管座手轮调节水平。

4)、管子锁定

用可调节之三爪自动定心夹头锁定管子外径。

5)、开启切割

将切割头移动到管端进行切割,设备会自动按程序自动定位进行下一部切割,至根据编程完成所有切割程序。

GY-XY3 series CNC pipe intersecting wire cutting machine is a kind of equipment which can automatically calculate and cut off the end joint of steel pipe. The machine can be widely used for cutting pipeline structural parts in shipbuilding, construction, petrochemical, mechanical, metallurgical and other industries. In these industries, there are a large number of pipelines combined with intersecting line holes, intersecting line ends, and elbows commonly known as "shrimp and rice festival". This kind of processing mostly uses backward and complicated methods such as making templates, marking, manual lofting, manual cutting, manual grinding and so on. The GY-XY series CNC pipe cutting machine manufactured by our factory can cut this kind of workpiece very conveniently, and the operators need not program, only input the radius and intersection angle of the pipes which cooperate with each other, the machine can automatically cut the intersection line, intersection hole and welding groove of the pipes, and no need for manual grinding.

Workflow of the equipment:
(1) Programming
It can be programmed directly on a machine or in an offline editor. The input cutting parameters such as outer diameter, wall thickness, deviation and compensation data are selected by menu. At the same time, it can be connected by other professional software.
(2) Tube blanking
The operator starts the program from the network or machine, and the pipe is placed on the pipe seat with a hoisting tool.
(3) Measurement level
The operator adjusts the level with the pipe seat handwheel according to the deviation of pipe diameter.
(4) Tube locking
Lock the outside diameter of the pipe with an adjustable three-jaw automatic centering chuck.
(5) Open cutting
When the cutting head is moved to the pipe end for cutting, the equipment will automatically locate the next cutting according to the program, and then complete all cutting procedures according to the program.
