二氧化碳装置主要适用于啤酒厂、酒精厂以及天然CO₂气井等行业发酵过程中产生的二氧化碳,将其纯化、液化、灌装和制干冰,以供使用。该装置运行可靠、回收的二氧化碳纯度高。

处理后二氧化碳纯度高,达到GD1917-80《食品添加剂液体二氧化碳》标准。
本二氧化碳回收装置的自动化控制采用西门子的PLC控制,每个环节的程序、连锁、安全保护等控制考虑得周全且可靠性好。进气纯度不达标自动排空,吸附塔。干燥塔再生阀门自动切换,再生温度自动控制,冷却水循环自动控制,储罐超压自动报警并排空,储罐满液位自动停机,并附有二氧化碳提纯装置选项,与气态二氧化碳接触部位均采用不锈钢材质。发酵气经收集往不锈钢除沫器、水洗塔、初步除掉杂质,进入CO₂储气囊,
再由无油润滑压缩机将压力提高到2.0MPa,经吸附塔、干燥塔除去残余杂质,得到纯度达到99.9%露点低于-60度的纯净CO₂气体,送入CO₂冷凝器,将其变成液态,温度在-20度左右,液态CO₂在高位差下流入隔热的液态CO₂储罐中,根据需要液态CO₂灌入钢瓶或直接净化输出使用。
