主要用途/ MAIN PURPOSE
锤式破碎机用于破碎各种中硬且磨蚀性弱的物料。其物料的抗压强度不超过100Mpa,含水率小于15%。可用于煤、盐、白垩、石膏、砖瓦、石灰石等物料的粉碎,还用于破碎纤维结构、弹性和韧性较强的碎木头、纸张等物料及回收石棉水泥制品的破碎。此外,锤式破碎机也可在选矿生产线中替代圆锥式破碎机。
The Hammer Crusher is used to crush various materials with medium hard and weak abrasiveness. The compressive strength of materials is lower than 100Mpa, and the moisture content is lower than 15%. It can be used for crushing materials such as coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick and tile, limestone, etc. It can also be used for crushing materials such as broken wood and paper with strong fiber structure, elasticity and toughness, and recycled asbestos cement products. 工作原理/ OPERATING PRINCIPLE
锤式破碎机的主要工作部件为带锤子(又称锤头)的转子。转子由主轴、圆盘、销轴和锤子组成。电动机带动转子在破碎腔内高速旋转。物料自上部给料口给入机内,受高速运动的锤子的打击、冲击、剪切、研磨而粉碎。在转子下部,设有筛板,粉碎物料中小于筛孔尺寸的物料通过筛板排出,大小筛孔尺寸的粗粒级物料阻留在筛板上收到锤子的打击和研磨,***后通过筛板排出机外。
The main working part in the Hammer Crusher is the rotor leading hammer (also known as hammer head). The rotor consists of spindle, disk, pin shaft and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing cavity. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding of the moving hammer at a high speed. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The materials smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the material to be crushed are discharged through the sieve plate. And the coarse materials larger than the sieve hole size are blocked on the sieve plate, which are struck and ground by the hammer and discharged from the machine through the sieve plate.
