分级采用卧式分级轮,比立式分级轮切割精度更准,分级效率更高。

Horizontal-type stepped gear is adopted for classification, which has more accurate cutting accuracy and higher classification efficiency than vertical stepped gear. 

空气动力学原理正面,分级轮越大,分级坏点越多,所以该设备采用高速小分级轮,保证了分级的精度,比国内采用大轮低速气流磨精度提高1倍以上。

The aerodynamic principle proves that the larger the stepped gear is, the more bad points there will be. Therefore, the equipment adopts small high-speed stepped gears to ensure the classification accuracy, which is twice higher than that of large-wheel and low-speed airflow mill in China.

经过特殊的流场设计和高精度的机械加工,同等产量下,比圆盘式和气旋式气流磨能耗降低30%。

Through special flow field design and high-precision machining, the energy consumption is reduced by 30% compared with disk-type and cyclone-type airflow mills at the same output.

高速颗粒不与粉碎室内壁相撞击,物料不通过喷嘴,磨损低,产品无污染。

The high-speed particles do not collide with the inner wall of crushing chamber, and the materials do not pass through the nozzle, which lower the wear with no pollution from the product.
