热压罐的组成:
热压罐是由承压罐体、空压机及过滤系统、真空系统、控制系统等部分组成. 它的工作原理是将高强度玻璃纤维、碳纤维、棚纤维、芳纶纤维等增强材料和树脂(含预浸材料)按设计方向和顺序逐层铺放到模具上, 达到规定厚度后,放入到真空袋中抽真空, 经加压、加热、固化、冷却、脱模、修整而获得高性能复合材料制品.
