本设备适用于中药、西药、葡萄糖、酿酒、淀粉、口服液、化工、食品、味精等工业酒精回收,能用于批量小、品种多的热敏性低温真空浓缩。
The equipment is applicable for industrial alcohol recycling of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, glucose, wine brewing, starch, oral liquid, chemical industry, food and monosodium glutamate. It can be used in the low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive substances with small batches and large varieties.

2. 浓缩液料:本设备采用外加热自然型循环式与真空负压蒸发方式,能具有蒸发速度快,浓缩比重可达(1.4);液料在全密封中无泡沫浓缩,用本设备浓缩出来的药液,具有无污染,药味浓。清洗方便,打开加热器上下盖即可。操作简单,占地面积小,外形美观,加热器、蒸发器、保温完整出厂,本设备与液料接触部位均采用不锈钢AISI304制造,保温采用聚胺脂发泡或珍珠棉,外表面磨砂亚光处理,符合GMP医药标准。
EQUIPMENT CHARACTERISTICS
1. Alcohol recovery: Large recovery capacity. Adopt vacuum operation method and improve the process flow of device. The recovery rate can amount to 95%, the loss rate of alcohol is lower than 5%, and the energy consumption is 30% reduced. It is the energy saving equipment with small investment and high recovery benefit.
2. Liquid concentration: The equipment adopts external heating natural cycling mode and vacuum negative pressure evaporating mode, with instant evaporation and great concentrated specific gravity up to 1.4. The liquid materials are concentrated without foam under the completely sealed status. The liquid medicine concentrated from the equipment has no pollution, and has strong flavor of medicine. The cleaning is convenient. Just open the upper and lower covers of the heater. The operation is convenient, the space is small, the appearance is beautiful and the heater, evaporator and heat preservation are completely equipped before leaving the factory. The parts of the equipment contacting with liquid materials are made of AISI304 stainless steel. The heat preservation adopts polyurethane foaming or pearl cotton and the exterior surface adopts grinding semi-luster polishing. It is in accordance with GMP medicine standard.
