 | ● The main structure castings are made of HT300 material, the surface hardness is not less than HB250, and they are subjected to high temperature annealing and natural aging treatment. ● Reasonable cloth ribs provide good overall rigidity, keep the fundamental frequency away from the resonance zone, and ensure processing finish ● The base has three layers, the column has two layers of rib casting structure, the super wide base, the head and the column joint surface adopts a 1:1:1 design to increase cutting rigidity. The fuselage adopts a 45-degree integral diagonal back casting design, showing unique machining accuracy. ● The feed axis adopts imported roller linear rail support (X, Z axis adopts enhanced 45 specifications) to ensure the high load and high precision of the machine tool. |
