一、概述

2Ga、2Gb系列单吸双螺杆泵在工作过程中，螺杆与螺杆两个以及螺杆与衬孔之间形成密封腔，液体经进口进入泵内，然后进入密封腔，随着螺杆的回转运动，由进口处平稳的被输送到出口处。衬孔的相对位置由止口定位，螺杆轴由轴承支承定位，而工作期间保持螺杆和螺杆之间、以及螺杆与衬孔之间互不接触。因而，泵允许短时间干运转；并允许输送各种液体介质（如非牛顿液体、润滑性液体、非润滑性液体等）。因进口流道的特殊设计以及工作时液体的轴向速度相对较小，因此泵的NPSHr值佷小，有很好的自吸能力。轴承和同步齿轮由齿轮箱中的齿轮油润滑。

可方便的拆下泵体联接螺钉，从而直接清洗泵体、螺旋套及机械密封，过流部分*。可用温度低于180℃的蒸汽或其他介质对泵进行清洗或消毒。泵的出口科可自行安装安全措施（如溢流阀、压力控制阀、安全阀等）。如需要，泵机组可提供为移动式（底座由四个小轮和牵引扶手）。

二、产品特点

1、泵体为双层结构，可通过热蒸汽或导热油对泵内介质进行全面加热和保温，加热充分、迅速。

2、结构简单，对一些特殊介质清洗快速、方便。

3、可平稳、无搅动的输送介质，保证介质的性能和结构不会发生改变。

4、有很强的自吸能力，且能输送一定比例的汽液混输。

5、工作原件间无接触，可夹带一定量的细土颗粒（如高岭土等）。

6、泵工作时，螺套和衬孔间无接触，允许短时间干运转（≤2min）。

7、泵体为双层结构，可对介质进行全面加热降粘，所以输送介质粘度可达100000mm2/s。

8、可通过改变转速来调节流量，输出压力保持不变。

9、采用同步齿轮传动，转动零件互不接触，轴承外置、独立润滑，不受介质影响，所以输送介质范围较广。

10、各种驱动方式均可使用。
