一、工作原理及使用范围

二、三螺杆泵的结构特点

三螺杆泵是由经硬化处理的三根螺杆，装在一个可更换的衬套内运转。主杆采用液压平衡。从杆的轴向力支撑在端盖上，并由液压力驱动旋转。因而螺杆型面仅传递液压扭矩，并不受力，也无磨损，对全部传动零件而言，均由被输送介质所润滑。由特殊型线构成的螺旋型面的主螺杆转动时，其动密封腔室将把液体由吸入口吸入并沿轴向连续、无脉动地输送到排出口。 三螺杆泵具有多种结构。一般小流量泵，衬套和泵体合为一个。大流量泵，衬套为一个单独的零件固定于泵体内，结构为卧式、法兰式和立式，配备随机安全阀，有保温和不带保温两种。全部采用机械密封，保证了泵无泄漏。

三螺杆泵具有零件少、易损件少，易损件更换方便等特点，且此类泵运转平稳、噪音小、工作可靠、寿命长。
