3G低压平衡式三螺杆泵的组成包括泵体、前盖、主动螺杆、从动螺杆、衬套，从动螺杆前端套有平衡套，前盖中具有回油环路，泵体中具有回油管，平衡套端面有小孔与前盖回油环路连通，回油管一端与前盖回油环路连通，另一端与低压腔连通。由从动螺杆前端平衡套小孔、前盖回油环路和回油管构成高压油泄压油路，高压腔的油在产生朝向泵尾端轴向力的同时渗入平衡套，并依次经过平衡套小孔、前盖回油环路以及回油管流入低压腔，使从动螺杆受到一个朝向泵前端的轴向力，在拉伸状态下趋于平衡，不会产生弯拱形变，减少与主动螺杆以及衬套内侧间的磨损程度，提高了泵的耐高压性能，延长使用寿命。
