注意事项：
1．输送40~150mm2/s （约5°~ 20°E）的油zui合适，可按样本中3G型泵的工作参数选泵。
2．输送40mm2/s （约5°E）以下的油类，由于介质粘度低，泵的容积效率下降，为了使泵满足所需的流量和压力，建议在样本中选用比所需流量大一档的3G型泵。
3．泵的吸入管路系统设计时应满足泵的吸入条件，即：
其中：H ：泵吸上高度（m）
         HS：泵吸上真空高度（m）
            ν：泵的吸入口流速（m/s）
           g ：重力加速度（m/s2）
            h ：泵吸入管路中液力损失之和（m）
由上式可知，泵的吸上高度与泵的吸上真空高度、泵的入口流速和泵吸入端管路长短、弯头多少以及管路中是否有滤器、阀等元件有关。另外输送液体的粘度大小也影响液力损失。粘度越大液力损失也越大。所以在设计中泵的安装位置尽可能离油罐近些，如果泵进油管较长或安装高度较高、或输送介质粘度大；为使泵正常工作，建议在样本中选用螺旋角较小、转速较低的泵。
4．严禁空泵试转，严禁焊渣纤维等杂质吸入泵内。 
5．泵的吸入管路中过滤器的过滤面积应为泵的入口面积的20~30倍；滤网为20~40目/吋。
6．泵上安全阀出厂已调好.主要起到瞬间保护超压状态下电机不过载发热而烧毁，不能作溢流阀用。
