本产品为复合型,外壳采用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树 脂压制而成,内装断路器为我公司特制的防爆元件,
壳采用增安型结构具有较好的防水,防尘和耐冲击等优 良性能,由于产品主要部件均采用工程塑料,因此具有
较强的防腐性能.
本产品经过科学的优化设计,产品结构轻巧,紧凑,但 用户安装接线和维修空间较大.
具有过载短路保护功能,可根据要求增加漏电保护等 功耐
钢管或电缆布线均可.
符合GB3836-2000,IEC60079,标准要求. .

用户在订货时，须注明配电箱的回路数，各回路
相应的电流数，以及断路器的极数，若带漏电功能，
则还需注明;若带总开关，则注明总开关的电流数及
极数，并注明进出线方向，进出线规格及时应的数量

 防爆配电箱安装要求
 

首先是对防爆照明配电箱安装线路要求

1、要避开：国家博物馆、展览馆以及类似的场所利规划区域

2、要避开：房屋、庭院、林木丛生场所

3、山洪水灾较多，不易通过的山河、湖泊及基础不稳定的地质，灾害隐患区域。

二、对防爆照明配电箱安装路径的要求

1、防爆照明配电箱的主线路径、选择捷径，地形地貌不复杂，投资少。

2、不要占用农田、避开洼地、易冲则地份、地面下沉、不稳定、斜坡等存在地质灾害隐患的区域、

3、避开易燃易爆等危险物品的生产、存储场所

4、尽量把防爆照明配电箱的线路架设在交通便利的地方，方便施工、道路的运营维护。

5、路径选择，既要考虑宅的重要，也要考虑今后的发展中城市和电网规划，要为以后的发展留出一定宽度。
