  3. 界面不会产生电化腐蚀,高温无氧条件下复合,两种金属之间不存在产生电解质的条件,因而不会产生电化腐蚀并且具有防磁性功能
  4. 产品的后续加工采用大带还连续扎制及在线光亮退火工艺,产品质量稳定,板型
  5. 铜铝复合板比重较纯铜的比重小,可以替代纯铜节省成本100%体面积轻量精细
  6. 可根据客户使用情况的不同,提供H14-----H24、O 等各种不同状态的产品

  4. 直流电阻率:≤0.0245Ω mm²/m, 表面导电率:≥98%
  5. 冷热冲击试验铜铝复合板不分离.拉拔力至少25kg时不脱落

CAMC   Copper & Aluminum composite material

Features:

  1.  CAMC latest copper & aluminum composite material is manufactured cold rolling by Germany's Siemens equipment. It can replace explosive cladding, flash welding, copper cladding aluminum, copper.
  2. With the patented technology: under anaerobic conditions at high temperature and pressure for industrial continuous composite production, it can fundamentally solve the problem of transition between the two types of metal oxide and eutectic issues, both to effectively ensure bonding strength between the two metals and binding rate, but also to ensure capacity.
  3. Interface does not produce galvanic corrosion because there is no condition for electrolyte between this two          metal if compounding under high temperature and anaerobic conditions,With anti magnetic.
  4. Subsequent processing uses a large continuously rolled and bright annealing technology, which guarantees the good quality and plate type.
