液压对辊造粒机
用途与特点：
HD系列液压对辊造粒机是采用干法辊压工艺技术，主要靠压力进料加压方式，使物料强制通过两个相对旋转辊轮间隙，强制压缩成片块状，在辊压过程中，物料的实际密度能增大1.5~3倍，对含水量≤5%的粉状物料进行压缩成片或块状，从而达到颗粒强度要求。再经破碎整形，筛分工艺，使片块状物料变成符合使用要求的颗粒状物料。主要适用于化肥原料（硫酸钾，，钾肥，碳酸钙，硝酸钾，磷酸铵等）;化工原料（抗氧剂，氧化锌，金属粉末，植物燃料等）以及环保材料的压缩造粒过程。
