PVC磨粉机（SMW系列小型立式塑料磨粉机）

本厂吸收国外*技术研制开发的PVC磨粉机(SMW系列小型立式塑料磨粉机)。主要应用于硬质PVC回收领域，如PVC管材、型材、板材的次品及边角余料的回收。

• 采用风水双冷可直接对物料、刀片、齿板冷却，而本机更是强风冷却，可显著降低机内温度，有利于热敏性塑料的研磨。

• 在刀盘高速旋转的气流中物料因离心力的作用被甩向齿板，在刀片与齿板间撞击摩擦而粉碎。

• 细粉随气流排出，贴近齿板的粗粒料因挡板的阻碍不能排除被继续粉碎直至呈粉料随风排出。

• 20-100目可调且调节简便。

The machine is our latest self-developed grinding mill, This pulverizer is high speed, turbo-type grinders for the processing of medium hard, impact resistant and friable materials, for example PVC、PS and so on. Double cooling of wind & water can may cool down the temperature of material, blade and tooth-shaped plate.

• This machine has applied strong wind cooling, which can apparently reduce internal temperature of the machine.

• This is good for grinding heat sensitive tooth shaped plate.

• Fine powder exits with the air flow, those coarse powder which is near the tooth shaped plate can not exit due to block of the blocking bar until they are ground into fine powders.

• The powder mesh is adjustable (20-100 mesh).
