面议一、用途
I. Application
XMGQ功指数球磨机主要用于测定各种矿石、炉渣等物料的磨矿功指数。
XMGQ Work Index Ball Mill is mainly used to determine the work index of grinding of ores , slag and other materials.
二、工作原理
Ⅱ. Working Principle
与一般球磨机相同,将一定粒度和重量的物料放入球磨机内,球磨机内装入一定尺寸、一定数量的钢球,在特定转数下进行干法磨矿,将产品筛分、称重,反复进行多次,在经计算得出磨矿功指数(kwh/t)。
As with the common ball mill, materials of given size and weight and steel balls of certain size and number are put into ball mill. Dry grinding proceeds at the rated rotation speed to screen and weigh products repeatedly. The grinding work index(kwh/t)is obtained by calculation.

四、机器结构概述
Ⅳ.Structure
XMGB型功指数棒磨机主要结构。由主机(包括电动机、减速器、筒体、定位插销等)、接料附件和电气控制等部分组成。

主机筒衬为整体波浪形,由沉头螺钉固定在筒体一端开口用以进排料。棒磨机在磨矿过程中,如需倾翻角度时将转动手把插销提起,此时拉动定位插销放进相应弧形槽内,转动手把即可进行调整。
The liner plate for mill body is on the whole in the shape of wave. It is fixed at one end of the drum with sunk screws to feed and discharge materials. If a tilting angle is needed during the grinding process of the mill, lift the bolt of turning handle. At this time, pull the positing lock pin and put it into the corresponding arc groove. Turn the handle and adjustment can be made.
五.电气部分及控制
V. Electrical Parts and Control
本机控制部分主要由数字显示、自动计数、自动停机等电路组成。操作方法如下:
The control parts of this machine is composed of digital display, automatic counting, automatic shut-down and other circuits. The operation methods are as follows:
接通电源,停止按钮“电源指示”灯亮。
Switch on the machine, and the stop button “power indicator” light.
预置实验所需转数,只需将拨码开关拨至所需转数即可。
Pre-setting the rotation speed needed by the experiment should simply dial the dip switch to the desired rotation speed.
按“启动按钮”棒磨机开始运转并自动计数,“运转指示”灯亮。当运转到拨码开关预置转速与计数器显示转数一致时,棒磨机停止运转。
Press “Start button”, and the rod mill begins operating and automatic counting, the “operating instructions” button light. When the preset rotation speed is reached, which is the same with the counter displayed number, the rod mill stops.
在棒磨机运转期间需要停机时,可按“停止按钮”。
Press “stop button” when the machine need to be stopped during rotating.
六、使用注意事项
VI. Caution
1.机器必须良好接地。
1. The machine must be well grounded.
2.钢棒数量、重量和配比要严格控制,钢棒需经常称重,保证总个数与总重量不变。
2. The number, weight and ratio of the steel rod must be strictly controlled. And the steel rods should be weighed regularly to ensure the total Number and total weight does not change.
3.每次开机前要检查油杯、减速机(减速机采用润滑脂润滑)、轴承等是否有足够的润滑油。
3. Every time before working, make sure there is enough oil in the oil cup, speed reducer (reducer uses grease to lubricate), and the bearings.
4.工作完毕后,应及时清理筒衬内残留的废矿或其它赃物。
