建筑密封胶挤出器组装与使用：

★将活塞和活塞环装在一起，放入挤出筒中，活塞环的一侧朝向挤出孔。将试样填入挤出筒中，注意勿混入空气，将填满的试样表面修平，然后将前盖、孔板及后盖装在挤出筒上。

★使滑板处于关闭状态，将组装好的挤出器与空压机相连接。使挤出器置于相关产品标准规定的空气压力之下，在整个试验过程中保持压力稳定。

★测试之前挤出（2-3）cm长的试样，使试样充满挤出器的孔。
