喷射泵没有活动部件,不易磨损限度保证操作的可靠性使用一台喷射泵节约的蒸汽耗量相当于额外增加了一效蒸发器带喷射泵的蒸发工艺,可有效减少未效的蒸发量,节省系统冷却水耗量。除TVR外,MVR是最近化工行业发展迅速的新型蒸发技术,其基本原理是用压缩机或者高压蒸汽提高二次蒸汽的压力和温度,然后送回原蒸发器的加热室,作为加热蒸汽使用,或者以二次蒸汽为低温热源,回收部分余热。提高二次蒸汽的压力和温度常用的有两种方法,一种是蒸汽机械再压缩技术MVR(MechanicalVaporRecompression),另一种则是蒸汽热力再压缩技术TVR(ThermalVapourRecompression)。TVR蒸发器此蒸发器系统相对于直排放二次蒸汽的系统来说有所改进,它利用暗射式热泵来回收部分二次蒸汽,由干喷射式热泵1ka高压菜汽只能引射0.3kg的二次蒸汽,因此虽然此系统结构简单紧凑,但是能效比较低。热泵蒸发常用的形式大体上有上文所述的喷射式热泵蒸发(TVR)和直接压缩二次蒸汽机械压缩式热泵蒸发(MVR),近年来,由于工程材质、结构及制造技术的显著进步以及能源价格的上涨,机械压缩式热泵已越来越为人们所重视。热泵广泛用于各种稀溶液的蒸发浓缩,在实际的工业生产中,使用热泵蒸发技术已经被证明有很好的经济性。热泵装置只需消耗少量的高质能量就能得到比较多的热能,减少了能源的浪费。在大多数应用中,热泵蒸发的能量消耗比单效或多效蒸发的低得多,并且热泵技术的采用可以取代大量的锅炉房,节省燃料、减少大气的污染、余热得到利用的同时也减少了热污染,因而使城市的环境卫生必然得到改善,也有利于生态平衡。热泵蒸发是一种低能耗的十分可靠的蒸发方法,由于节能和稳定已经在化工过程中取得了广泛的应用。
