除气器/ Deaerator

GXCQ系列纸浆除气器是现代纸机流送系统的关键设备，装置在除渣器和低脉冲网前筛之间，分离并脱出浆料中95%以上的空气。使浆料在进入流浆箱前保持其压力、流量或浓度的稳定,是提高产品质量，增加产量的设备。

The GXCQ series deaerator is the key equipment of Approach flow system of paper machine, which isinstalled between cleaners and low pulse headbox pressure screen, and can separate and discharge morethan 95% air in the stock. This deaerator can make the stock flow stably into headbox with stable pressure,flowrate and consistency. The system is necessary to improve quality and increase output.
