工作方式

管程物料通过电抛光处理的无缝钢管束内进行流动，壳程介质在相反的方向通过 管外流动，换热管束的末端采用双管板连接，并且作为渗漏检测点，避免管程物 料和壳程介质双向交叉污染，确保了药液的洁净。

双管板换热器型式

ZZ系列双管板换热器有两种，直管式双管板换热器(ZZA型)和U型双管板换热器 (ZZB型)，管束端口采用全自动焊接，外壳体可根据客户的要求带保温或不带保 温。直管式双管板换热器采用异径快装接口，有效避免了换热器与管道连接处的 药液滞留，实现了真正的全排空设计。U型双管板换热器采用U型换热器，物料从 底壳点出液，避免液体滞留。
