喷淋塔简介
喷淋塔废气净化装置由塔体、填料、液体分布器、气水分离器、喷淋系统、循环水泵、循环水箱、药液储存投加系统等单元组成。塔内填料层作为气液两相间接触构件的传质设备。喷淋塔废气净化装置塔底部装有填料支承板，填料以错综方式放置在支承板上。填料的上方安装压板，以防被上升气流吹动。喷淋液从塔顶经液体分布器喷淋到填料上，并沿填料表面流下。气体从塔底送入，经气体分布装置分布后，与液体呈逆流连续通过填料层的空隙，在填料表面上，气液两相密切接触进行传质。当液体沿填料层向下流动时，有时会出现壁流现象，壁流效应造成气液两相在填料层中分布不均，从而使传质效率下降。因此，喷淋塔废气净化装置内的填料层分为两段，中间设置再分布装置，经重新分布后喷淋到下层填料上。为了避免气体携走喷淋液，在塔顶部气水分离器，有效截留喷淋液。喷淋液循环使用，在使用过程中会有部分损失，位于塔底的循环水箱适时补充喷淋液。

When the liquid flows along the packing layer, the wall flow phenomenon sometimes occurs, and the wall flow effect results in the uneven distribution of the gas-liquid two-phase in the packing layer, which leads to the decrease of the mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer in the exhaust gas purification device of the spray tower is divided into two sections, and the middle part is provided with a redistribution device which is sprayed on the lower layer after being redistributed. In order to avoid the gas carrying the spray liquid, the top of the tower gas water separator, effective interception spray. The spray liquid can be recycled and used in the course of use, and the part of the circulating water tank at the bottom of the tower is provided with a spraying liquid.
