适用于汽车内饰行业用品脚垫、座椅、顶棚、方向盘、门板,装潢材料垫板革、地板砖,地毯、包装行业珍珠棉、海绵,橡塑制品拼图等行业的大型自动裁断设备。
1.大吨位,大台面,精密四柱缸自动平衡双连杆机构,保证每一个裁断位置裁断进度±0.1mm,可用不锈钢作为垫板直接裁切。
2.裁断头下压时在接触裁刀10mm前自动缓速,两级加压,上工作板下压至裁刀时转柔性切断,使裁断多层材料时,最上层与最下层没有尺寸误差。
3.因裁断平衡精确,可以极大减少刀模及裁板的损耗,裁断边缘有更好的效果,能更加减低裁断板的的消耗。
4.*设定构造,配合截断刀及裁断高度,使冲程调整简单、准确。
5.微电脑控制系统,刀模深度设定及上升冲程,均于屏幕触控,大大提高压力稳定性,亦具备自我监测功能,操作简单快捷。可根据工作所需刀模形态进行多组记忆存储,更换刀模时,可不必再从新进行刀模的设定。
6.双工位操作,两边可设定不同刀模的高度及裁切不同的材料,人机界面,PLC可编程式控制,双边马达步并式自动送料送料机构。令生产效率提高2-3倍。

Computer controlled high precision four-cylinder four-column hydraulic continuous cutting machine for roll materials
It is a large-scale automatic cutting equipment in the industries of automotive interior decoration, such as foot pad, seat, ceiling, steering wheel, door panel, decorating material pad leather, floor tile, carpet, packing industry EPE, sponge, rubber and plastic products.
1.The large-tonnage precision double-cylinder four-column double-connecting rod automatic balancing mechanism with a large platform guarantees cutting depth precision up to ±0.1mm at cutting position, and stainless steel plate can be used as backing material during cutting.
2.The cutting head performs slow cutting when it is pressed down 10mm before the die cutter, and two-stage pressure presses down the upper working platform to contact the die cutter by which the material is cut in flexible and rotary way ,which ensures there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of the multi-layer material.
3.Well-balanced cutting helps significantly reduce the wear and tear of die cutter and cutting plate, and deliver excellent cutting edges.
4.Specially design structure, well-designed die cutter and appropriate cutting height makes it easy to adjust the stroke accurately.
5.The touch screen makes it easy to operate the micro-computer control system, set the cutting depth of die cutter and ascending stroke to provide more stable pressure. Self-test function makes it easier and faster to operate the machine . Different types of die cutter requires to be replaced.
