本机适用小型刀模对票夹组件、手机套、小型玩具、装饰件、皮包附件等非金属材料冲裁下料。

1.具有摆臂旋转自如，操作选料方便。

2.采用优质无缝钢管加工成立柱，用上下两孔支撑，保证了上打击板转动灵活，可靠性好。

3.采用双手操作开关，保证操作员工安全性。

4.摆臂的位置高低由机器上端的手轮调节，冲裁行程由时间计时器调节，这样可以轻易获得裁切位置，提高工作效率，延长了刀模和垫板的使用寿命。

5.利用飞轮的惯性储能，节省能源。

注：裁断区域选用普通冷钢焊接刀模。选用激光木样刀模。特殊规格可定制。

USE AND CHARACTER

This machine is suitable for blanking of the nonmetallic materials as small-knife mold、 ticket clip units、 handset sleeve、 small toys.、adornments、 leather bag fittings etc. 

1.With freely rotary swing arm, easy to operate.

2.The upright column is made of high-grade seamless steel tube, supported by two upper and lower holes, to ensure the upper strike board can turn smoothly, with good reliability. 

3.Adopt the switches than are operated by two hands, to ensure the operator is safe. 

4.The position of the swing arm is adjusted by the upper handwheel on the machine. Blanking travel is controlled by the timer. Thus it is easy to obtain the best cutting position, which and increase work sufficiency and prolong the service life of the knife mold and backing board. 

5.Use fly wheel inertia stored energy to save energy.
