■Φ450鼓轮采用水平单列式倾斜排列,所有鼓轮模座的悬臂距离较短,等伸长,刚性强度高。

■Φ450鼓轮表面喷涂碳化钨,硬度高,耐磨性好,使用寿命长。

■拉线主机与定速轮分设单独电机驱动,具备快速换模功能。

■双盘连续收线,自动换盘,换盘时导线伸力不变。

■采用交直流电机驱动,起动运行平稳。

■电机控制,选用进口的驱动器和PLC,功能齐全、性能稳定。
