用户现有的两台弯管机要求组成由机器人负责上料和下料的自动化生产线，弯管机为中国台湾和和机械弯管机，型号：CNC25-3A，多层模，配置2台苏州优伊机器人公司自动上料机，上料机上配有管材焊缝检测系统，可以对用户管件进行焊缝定位处理。选用OTC 8kg机器人，负责对两台弯管机的上料和下料。
