1. 整机主控为多维运动控制、5寸触摸式人机界面、两台交流伺服定长。具有自动计数、提前报警、到数停机、个数显示、高位停车等功能。自动对折，可点续喷胶功能。
2. 双伺服拉料方式，两组伺服定长拉料，组合皮带胶辊压合。
3. 封合成型装置：采用机械下拉成型方式，气缸压力可调。
4. 配20mm宽线横封装置三套（冷压定型装置一套，自循环水冷却系统一套）， 气动式针排放气装置一套。
5. 配有双工位不干胶条上胶装置。
6. 光电纠遍两工位独立单轴放卷，刹车装置为气动压力可调节。
