螺杆挤压造粒机的挤压形式分单螺杆和双螺杆。出料形式有前出料和侧出料两种。经混合、捏合的湿物料或低软化(一般指软化点小于50℃)物料在螺杆输送与挤压作用下从机头模板孔挤出,然后再经过干燥或冷却得到的颗粒物,从而实现将粉状产品制成为均匀的颗粒产品。颗粒形状为圆柱状,成品颗粒直径可经模板开孔孔径调节和控制。侧出料为0.7-2.0mm,前出料为1.5-12mm,成料率≥95%。
广泛适用于橡胶助剂、食品添加剂、塑料助剂、催化剂、农药、染料、颜料、日化、制药等行业。
The extrusion of screw extruding pelletizer is divided into single-screw and double-screw types, and the discharging form is divided into front discharge and side discharge. The mixed and kneaded wet materials or low softened materials (generally referring to softening point less than 50℃) are extruded from the template hole at the machine head under the conveying and squeezing actions of screw, and dried or cooled to obtain the granule, thus to producing the powder materials into even granule products. The granule is cylindrical, and the diameter of finished granule may be adjusted and controlled through pore diameter of the template, in which the diameter of granule discharged from side is 0.7-2.0mm, and the diameter of granule discharged from the front is .5-12mm. The yield rate is ≥95%.
It is widely applied to rubber chemical, food additive, plastic additive, catalyst, pesticide, dye, pigment, daily use chemical and pharmacy industries.
二、特点 Characteristics
1. 由于粉状物料在湿态下完成造粒,使得造粒及其后续过程(如干燥、包装等)的操作条件得到大大改善。一般可减少现场粉尘90%以上。
2. 通过造粒,可避免粉体产品易出现的结块、架桥等影响使用的现象,同时可避免工艺过程产生粉尘带来的二次污染,还大大地改善物料性能。
3. 一般情况下,造粒产品的堆积比重都有较大的提高,因此可节约运输、储存、包装空间。
4. 对多组份复合、混配的产品而言,造粒可避免各组份偏析,从而真正保证复合产品质量。
1. The powder materials are pelletized in the wet status, significantly improving the pelleting and subsequent processes (such as drying and packaging). In general, over 90% of dust may be reduced in the site.
2. The pelleting can avoid caking, bridging, and other phenomenon easy to be caused and affecting the use, avoid the secondary pollution due to dust generated during the process, and materially improve the material property.
3. In general, the bulk specific weight of finished products are significantly improved, thus to save spaces for transport, storage and packaging.
4. For the multiple-component complex and mixed products, the granule can avoid segregation of all components, thus to ensure the quality of complex products.
