一、工作原理及应用范围介绍Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

高速旋转的锤片式刀组对物料进行高速剪切撞击等多种作用下被粉化，同时物料还获得高能量高速度的颗粒物又再次与齿形结构的粉碎腔室壁形成碰撞作用，物料在多重动能作用下被粉碎达到细度要求，然后物料被风从环形结构的缝隙带入旋风分离器进行气、固分离，从而达到粉碎与收料过程的完成。本机广泛应用于中药材、纤维性产品、蔬菜、草类及饲料、化工、生物、医药等行业。

The materials are refined under the high-speed shearing and compact of hammer-shape cutter rotating at high speed; the granules with high energy and speed compact with the wall of pulverizing chamber in the tooth structure; so that the materials are pulverized to the fineness required under action of several kinetic energies, then brought to the cyclone separator for gas and solid separation through gap of circular structure, thus to complete the pulverizing and collecting processes. This equipment is widely applied in traditional Chinese medicine, fiber product, vegetable, grass and feed, chemical, biological and medicine industries.

二、特点  Characteristics

1、无粉碎细度控制的过滤筛网，可有效防止堵塞。

2、粉碎粒径靠调节环隙的大小来控制粉碎粒径大小，可调控。

3、粉碎刀组加工成双面刃，可定期调换粉碎刃，大大减低运行成本。

2. The pulverizing grain size is controlled and adjusted through adjusting the size of circular gap.

3. The pulverizing cutter is provided with double-edged sword, and the pulverizing sword may be replaced regularly, thus to significantly reduce the operation cost.
