面议一、工作原理及应用范围介绍 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
本机自转、公转由一套电机及摆线针轮减速机来完成,采用两螺杆非对称搅拌,使物料搅拌范围大,混合更为均匀,混合速度快,对比重悬殊、混配比较大的物料混和更为合适。
本机是一种新型、高效、大批量生产的混合设备,广泛适用于制药、化工、饲料等行业的各种粉粒状物料的混合。
The rotation and revolution of this equipment are completed by one set of motor and cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer; the double-screw asymmetrical stirring is adopted to enlarge the stirring scope and produce more uniform mixing, accelerate the mixing speed; it is more applicable to mixing of materials with large specific gravity difference and mix ratio.
This is a novel, efficient and large-batch mixing equipment and widely applied in the pharmacy, chemical and feed industries for mixing carious powder and particle materials.
二、特点 Characteristics
1.设备为立式椎体结构,方便出料且出料很干净。
2.混料是靠自转又公转的螺旋轴把锥体容器外围的物料向上提升,中间的料靠自重向下移动,从而形成物料循环流来实现混料。比其他强制搅拌器而言,对物料晶体的破坏性要小些。
3.投料量单台可达6m³,对于大批量混料特别适合。
1. The equipment has a vertical cone structure, and is convenient for and clean in discharge.
2. The mixing refers to the materials at the periphery of cone container rising by rotation and revolution of screw shaft, materials in the middle moving downward under the action of gravity, thus to form the material recycling and realize the maxing. Compared with other formed stirrers, the equipment has little damage to the material crystal.
3. The maximum feed amount per unit is up to 6m³, so it is especially applicable to large-batch mixing.
