NCB-C微型磁力齿轮泵,是我公司在普通NCB齿轮输送泵的基础上,而研制成功的一种无泄漏高耐磨型的容积泵,此泵采用内外磁钢连接驱动,用隔离套把物料与外界隔离,以静密封替代动密封,过流部分处于封闭状态达到零泄漏,此泵主要用于工艺要求很高的工况,或者输送循环设备的真空度要达到真空的场合。其采用9CrSi做为转子材质,更适合细微颗粒的介质输送。它输送粘度范围:1-100000cst,流量范围:1-1000L/H,压力范围:0.1-4MPa.温度范围:-50℃-380℃,可根据物料的性质不同采用不同的泵体材质予以匹配,可根据客户需求做成保温型。
ProductIntroduction:
NCB-CType External Gear Insulation Rotary Pump is another high viscositydisplacement pump of leakage proof and high wear resistance successfullydeveloped by our company. This pump is designed for the medium of hightemperature and high viscosity which also requires heat insulation. It usessteel casting as the pump body material and 9CrSi as the gear material whichsignificantly improves its service life during the transportation of mediuminvolving fine particles. In addition, it also adopts the leakage prooftechnology that is developed by our company thus thoroughly solving the leakageproblem that is likely to happen with the high temperature and high viscositypumps. The insulation jacket that integrally wraps the pump body is made byseamless welding, and its thermal efficiency reaches 90%, which enable the pumpto become an advanced energy saving product. The pump adopts advancedtechnology and has a stable performance featured as following parameters:Viscosity range of transporting medium: 100-100000cst; Range of flow: 1-100M3;Range of pressure: 0.1-4MPa; Range of temperature: -50℃-320℃.Besides, different body material can be selected to match the medium of differentnatures.

磁力泵选型很重要,一种好的选型,能充分发挥泵的各项性能, 降低造价以及环保和节能,限度地满足客户的需求。我们在实际操作中,遇到很多客户买泵时没有经过专业人员的选型,或者泵厂的销售人员对客户的需求没有全面了解,以及自身的专业知识不足,给客户选型错误,从而给客户造成极大的损失。
选型要具备六大要素,我们只有充分了解了这些才能为客户选出好型。
1.流量,根据流量选用泵的大小.
2.扬程,根据扬程来决定泵功率
3.粘度,根据介质粘度和流量来选取泵的转速
4.温度,根据介质温度来选用泵的材质和设计泵的膨胀系数
5.腐蚀性,更具介质的腐蚀性来选择泵的材质
6.含固量,根据介质的含固量和颗粒大小来选择泵的转子齿数
Technical Parameters and Selection:
Model selection of high viscosity pump isvery important, because the selection of a good high viscosity pump can give afull play of various functions of the pump, reduce the manufacture cost,protect the environment and save energy, thus satisfying the customer to thegreatest
extent.
During the actual practices of us, there arecases that many customers who buy pumps without the selection recommendation fromthe professional personnel or the salesmen of pump plant who fail to have acomplete understanding of the customer’s needs or are short of professionalknowledge recommend the wrong model of pump to the customer, which causes greatloss to the customer.
There are sixmajor factors that should be considered for type selection, and we canrecommend the right product only when fully understand those factors.
1. Flow capacity: We should determine the size of thepump according to the flow capacity.
2. Head: Weshould determine the power of the pump according to the pump head.
3.Viscosity: Weshould determine the rotational speed ofthe pump according to the viscosity and the flow of the target medium.
4. Temperature: We should determine the material and theexpansion coefficient of the pump according to the temperature of the targetmedium.
5. Corrosivity:We should determine the mate rial of the pump according to the corrosivity ofthe target medium.
6. Solidcontent: We should determine the number of rotor teeth according to the solidcontent and the particle size of the target medium.
