ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18柱克服了大多数现代C18柱在低离子强度流动相条件下(如0.1%甲酸体系)因载量所导致的峰形差问题。因带有严格控制下的、低水平的正表面电荷,ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18柱为碱性化合物提供行业的峰形,而无需使用离子对试剂。
目的建立超高效液相-紫外光电二极管阵列检测-串联四级杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-DAD/Q-TOF-MS)法分析化学成分。方法分析采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm);柱温20℃;流动相0.1%甲酸-0.1%甲酸乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.2 m L/min;检测波长222 nm;飞行时间质谱,正离子扫描模式。通过对照品比对,以及质谱、光谱数据进行分析。结果从中鉴定出19种成分,其中11种属于黄连,8种属于吴茱萸。结论该方法快速高效,可用于的质量控制。
